Cocktail Lindesnes

( Norway's southernmost point)
for 4 people

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED:

200 gr. crab meat
1 hardboiled egg
1 stalk of celery
1 tsp. chopped chives
iceberg or frisee lettuce

DRESSING:
6 tblsp. sour cream
2 tblsp. tomato ketchup
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

 

 

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO:

Lay shredded lettuce at the bottom of a bowl. Add the crab, chopped egg and shredded celery in layers.

Dressing:
Stir the sour cream and ketchup together. Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice. Pour the dressing on the salad and sprinkle the chives on top.

Serve with sliced bread or toast.
