Crab au gratin

Pasta Salad with Crab
for 2 people

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
(Ingredients):


200 gr. corkscrew pasta
2 tblsp. olive oil
1 tblsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
rucola lettuce
corn salad
200 gr. crab meat
1 bunch of radishes
3 tblsp. roasted pine nut cores

Dressing:
1 dl. light sour cream
salt and white pepper
1 crushed garlic section
a pinch of curry

 

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
(Preparation):


The meat from the claws and body has the nicest appearance.

Boil the pasta. Whisk together the oil, vinegar and lemon juice and pour the mixture over the warm pasta. Let it cool. Lay the lettuce on a platter with the pasta on top. Add the crab and radishes and sprinkle the pine nuts on top.

Stir the dressing together and serve with bread.
